Making a booking

Once you are happy that the specific trip meets your needs, you will need to complete and return the Ridgeline Adventures Medical Information and Consent form and make payment for the trip.  The booking will only be confirmed once payment and the relevant forms are received. An order confirmation will be generated on receipt of payment, full joining instructions for your course will be issued no later than 6 weeks prior to the course start date.

Cancellation or booking modification

Should you wish to cancel the booking for any reason you must notify Ridgeline Adventures in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 28 days prior to expedition = 25% of full fee

28 days or less before the start of expedition = full fee

If you wish to amend a booking please contact Ridgeline Adventures in writing, it may be possible to move dates or alter the requested programme. Please be aware that an additional fee may be incurred for alterations.

Cancellation by Ridgeline Adventures

In the extremely unlikely event that Ridgeline Adventures has to cancel your booking we will notify you at the earliest possible time. At which point you will be offered the following options:

·         Full refund of monies paid; or

·         Alternate dates for the same course

Please note Open Expeditions and events require a minimum of 6 participants to run.

Group Bookings

Making a booking

In order to make a booking either complete the appropriate booking form or request the dates and activity required in writing via email. Once you are happy with arrangements a deposit invoice will be raised.

Payment

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking; the remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the start of the course. If the booking is made less than 28 days before the course full payment is require on booking.

We reserve the right to apply charges to any late payments at the statutory rate.

Insurance

Ridgeline Adventures are fully insured to deliver all activities offered. If you would like to see a copy of this insurance please request via info@ridgelineadventures.co.uk

We strongly recommend that you or the participants obtain personal insurance to cover cancellation due to illness, weather etc and personal items.
