We pride ourselves on working with the very best in the business in order to ensure high quality service. Our knowledgeable, friendly and experienced team come from a variety of working backgrounds including DofE coordinators, teachers, activity centre managers and ex-service personnel.

Isaac Walker - Managing Director

Having delivered the Duke of Edinburgh Award for many years as a leader, coordinator, trainer and assessor; Isaac , a qualified International and Winter Mountain Leader, founded Ridgeline Adventures in 2016

Isaac has always had a passion for the outdoors and loves to share this passion with others.

He has supported several local authorities and schools to deliver DofE programmes for a wide range of young people, including young offenders and those with learning disabilities.

Alongside sharing his love of the outdoors, Isaac constantly strives to develop his own expertise, adding to his own skill set with additional qualifications, as well as undertaking expeditions of his own both abroad and in winter.

Our Office Team

  • Expedition Manager

    Andy Pitt

    I started working with Ridgeline in 2021 and joined the team permanently in 2024. My winters are spent planning and coordinating our expedition programmes, and my summers are spent out in the field overseeing delivery and supporting teams on the ground.

  • Adult Training Manager

    Sam Martin

    I started with Ridgeline whenever we started! I am the Adult Training Manager, responsible for overseeing and delivering Mountain Training and first aid courses.

    Mollie Feltwell

    I have worked with Ridgeline helping to deliver training and expeditions since 2020. I joined the office team at the end of 2025 and now also oversee back of house operations, office communications and compliance for seamless expedition delivery.
